How my client was able to stop taking anti-anxiety medication ...

and restore homeostasis to her life!

Terrified at the thought of no longer taking her meds…

My new client believed she couldn’t survive life without them …

A mutual friend had referred her to me because the anxiety this woman was fighting everyday was getting worse with every breath!

The dichotomy…‼️‼️

Becoming increasingly worse yet convinced she couldn’t live without them!

Such an excellent example of one system’s need for us to need them‼️

Correct me if I’m wrong. But isn’t this known in some ‘walks of life’ as co-dependence?

When it comes to drugs and alcohol, tolerance indicates the brain has become used to a substance and needs a higher dose to feel the psychoactive effects. Dependence means you experience uncomfortable symptoms when you go without.

This sounds a lot like withdrawal.

The point to this is very simple. Medications are very specific in the way they influence your neurochemistry for a particular outcome. This is known as ‘positive feedback’ in science and as long as a person takes medication, their system is hyper focused. This unstable environment leads to other symptoms. The only way to prevent such a thing from happening is with ‘negative feedback’ which promotes homeostasis.

Negative feedback simply pauses the positive feedback.

Essential oils are the perfect option for negative feedback … especially with a person that takes medication. (there are ways to achieve homeostasis when just using oils … the approach is just slightly different)

My new client suffered horribly yet was blinded to a life without her meds. Her peace of mind looked like a pill.

It’s frightening to see the way society has stigmatized people struggling with substance use and alcoholism BUT sees fit to medicate the fool out of those in recovery and SO many others, believing it’s for their own good!

Why?

Because pharmaceutical remedies are approved by a governing body.
And, I digress….

Scared as hell, this woman reluctantly agreed to try the oil blends I formulated and sent to her. But, her fear was SO intense that the aromas actually triggered a frightening reaction… so much so, she gagged, cried and immediately locked them away.

What’s fascinating, though, is something inside her knew better than to just toss them aside. She actually contacted me to let me know she had to stop using them after the first time.

During our conversation, I gave her some alternative ways to try them without catching the slightest whiff. She agreed to give it a go one more time.

Not surprisingly… she was pleasantly surprised. She was able to use the oils and be completely unbothered by them. She took it one day at a time …

The result? She suddenly and randomly began forgetting to take her medication AFTER living on them for just over 30 years‼️

This daily experience continued until her next psychiatric and EMDR appointments when it was recognized that she had very little need if any for her medication.

Moving forward, as she felt a panic attack come on OR even the urge to self-harm … this incredible client reached for the oils instead and experienced consistent instant relief.

The natural adjustments happened effortlessly. She forced nothing and the doctor could no longer justify continuing to prescribe something this woman no longer needed‼️

How did this happen?

Introducing the oils in such a way that fully honored my client, helped her to free her heart enough to receive the benefits of relief. As a result, she opened herself up to more and discovered how to live a fulfilling life that offered more than she had ever allowed herself to imagine ♥️

It may not have happened over night AND it did happen!
