Over 1 Billion Noses Led to Your Birth

... use yours to thrive!
1

Why are they called essential oils?

Because they are the KEY your brain needs to shift between surviving a moment to full on thriving!

A synonym for the word ‘essential’ is ‘key’

No … essential oils are NOT the only solution YET they are how nature communicates so that all Life can survive in order to thrive!

This is KEY to your state of wellness. It’s how you survive a challenging moment in order to learn about yourself, what you’re capable of and when to use it to your advantage. This is how you thrive!

Life happens. People are themselves and problems arise. One person’s interpretation of a situation becomes their emotional experience. The energy of individual emotions produces a collective experience. As long as the belief in trauma whether personal or generational permeates a conversation, the problem grows bigger. Now even more people are enrolled.

How many ancestors do you have? Who really knows, although someone recently mentioned that over 4,000 people are the reason I physically exist. According to some science, it’s estimated that 117 billion people have ever been born.

All I know is my head hurts just trying to wrap my head around this thought. That more than 6 people, meaning parents and grandparents, are the reason any of us are here. Sadly though, these people never relied on their noses to survive a day. Chances are quite good that smelling things was an occasional activity, not a way of life.

Yet this hasn’t always been the case. Early humans depended on their noses to survive the day. It was also how they helped one another and bonded. Declarations of companionship is purely a contemporary construct.

Consider kissing. There are several theories two of which pertain to the sense of smell.

  • Detecting health issues

  • The exchange of pheromones

There’s another interesting idea. Kissing began when mothers passed food to their children, not unlike a bird. This emphasizes the influence nature has had on human life from the very beginning!

Today, we have chemicals based on the chemistry of nature from medications to preservatives, insecticides, herbicides and, and, and …..

This is nature’s way. Communicating with chemicals. Some essential oil constituents are actually classified as pheromones.

I thought pheromones were a human thing?!

Not at all. They are signaling molecules produced throughout nature such as germacrene D and farnesene for many reasons, from attractant to repellent.

Look at it this way. Sometimes you have to protect yourself (repel) so that you can attract what you need in life to thrive!

And this is what using certain essential oils does for you! They protect you and your brain from this chemically infused world so that your brain is capable of making the switch from being ‘at attention and on guard’ to being ‘deliberately at ease’.

So, I’m curious. What would help you shift the way you think about and use essential oils? Let me know!
