Essential Oils and Neuroplasticity

... the willingness to be at ease!

We wire our brain to complain more every time we engage in complaining

While mindset matters complaining is a habit … just like smoking, exercise …. brushing your teeth

Complaining stimulates the release of cortisol… the MOST addictive chemical known to man which … over time … is detrimental to your health

Begin routinely using these oils (ALL safe to use with medication) everyday:
👉 galbanum
👉 vetiver
👉 black pepper

The best way is to create a blend of 10 drops each in 10ml of carrier and apply several drops 2 to 3 times a day while listening to music or engaged in something you enjoy. (I didn’t suggest a roll on because you want to be able to smell it as needed)

Do this no matter what and when you’re presented with something you negatively react to, take a whiff of the blend before saying or doing anything.

First, you’ve already disrupted the habit. Secondly, you’re reminding your brain of a pleasantry. THIS is you harnessing your neuroplasticity

Give yourself 3 weeks and let me know how it goes

Disclaimer:

Not all oils affect everyone in the same way, meaning your brain / system requires something else! If this is the case for you, don’t be discouraged .. recognize that you have a unique nature, become curious and learn more!

I have a class beginning on February 18th that shows you how to free yourself from the effects of trauma, select your oils, and thrive! Contact me for details
